based on his own experience. His training programs were designed to show in a simple way how to execute each strategy with real cases, giving powerful tools to the students to emulate in their own deals. Conrado Mendez has combined his more than 20 years of experience in Sales, with the Real Estate World, understanding the Buyer Psychology to identify the “real motivation” which moves buyers to take the decision of selling their properties.
Conrado has a degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. He has applied his knowledge in Business in different projects during his career, but the Social and Economic situation of his Country obligated him to emigrate to the United State with his family. Happy Father of two incredible kids, Conrado had only one thing in his mind: Be successful in the land of opportunities. At first, like any immigrant, the beginning was really hard. Trying to improve his English every day he started reading self-development books and changing his mindset, which led him to meet Tony Strain, (a well-known Investor and Realtor in Charleston, South Carolina) whom he considers his Angel since With a great gesture he gave him the opportunity to participate in his first real estate training with the people of Rich Dad (Robert Kiyosaki), and that was the beginning of this real estate journey. Conrado was able to return the money from his first training with his first deal !! incredible but true! Since then he never stopped investing in real estate and Learning all the time. With dozens of deals on his back and many years as a full-time real estate investor, Conrado has decided to share his experiences, mistakes, and hits with the world. In this sense, he took the decision to be part of the self-education revolution, he chose as mentors Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi being today a Knowledge Broker and getting a Mastery with them. His experiences in Creative Real Estate Strategies changed his life forever. Now his mission is to share with others all that he learned and change other people’s lives!
